Ikobana Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB) is primarily involved in the business of providing services of established brands such as City-link and Pos Laju for courier services, Telekom Malaysia and Celcom for internet broadband, Etiqa Takaful for motor insurance, plus other services such as bill payment, mobile reload and various on-line transactions, through ikobana.com shops called IKOBANA CONVENIENT OUTLETS (“ICO”). The company also pioneered a franchise-like program called “i-Partner Program”, which allows entrepreneurs to set-up ikobana.com multi-services outlet at the location of their choice.
The management is presently focusing on its i-Express program which is the replica of the i-Partner program via kiosk in selected PETRONAS Service Station (PSS) nationwide.
The premise of ikobana.com is to provide convenience for consumers where they could fulfill their daily needs via a one-stop service outlet at no extra charge and these outlets open at the hours when other service operators are closed. It is hassle-free and time-saving, hence simply convenient.
